Activate pressure system
Lift the tab and turn anticlockwise from 0 to 1. This activates the freshness cartridge and generates the pressure for pouring.
Prepare to pour
Bend the handle on the tap forwards and pull the tap out as far as the limit stop.
Pour
To obtain the best results, open the tap quickly and fully by turning it to the left.
